Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead governance, planning, and cross-functional coordination for the PANW-CYBR IT integration.
  • Ensure strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and Day 1/Day 2 readiness across all technical workstreams.
  • Establish and manage the IT IMO governance model and operating cadence.
  • Drive strategic planning, MA Playbook updates, and readiness assessments.
  • Oversee integration budget, cost synergy tracking, and tool administration.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications, retrospectives, and scorecard reporting.
  • Manage the IT Integration Master Workplan and cross-workstream dependencies.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and successful execution of integration deliverables.
