While Panoramic manages enhanced support functions, you have the freedom to focus on patient care and determine your career journey. FKP is looking to add nephrologists to the Tampa area team.
Hiring Package Details:

  • Competitive salary with productivity model
  • Comprehensive benefits - includes 401k
  • ~2-year partnership track
Partnership Track:
  • No buy-in opportunity at productivity (typically ~2 years)
  • All profits equally allocated to partners based on their FTE %, not on their tenure
Ideal Candidate:
  • BC/BE eligible in nephrology
  • Ability to obtain Florida unrestricted medical license
