This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your working hours while ensuring access to our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of diverse professionals, including psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, and fellow social workers, all committed to providing comprehensive support to our clients.

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.
• Engaging in team-oriented care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and coordinated treatment strategies.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of services provided.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for ongoing support.
• Staying current with best practices and innovations in mental health interventions through regular training and professional development.

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in school settings who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your expertise will guide them through their journey, empowering them to achieve their personal and academic goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.
• A proven track record of at least three years of experience providing psychotherapy in clinical settings.
• Solid understanding of solution-focused and best practice interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.

Experience working in school-based settings or with youth populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care, is also advantageous. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment will set you apart.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
