Job description

Join a growing marketing organization that is helping shape how nVent connects with customers in key industrial markets. As the Integrated Marketing Manager I, you'll help plan and deliver marketing programs for key nVent HOFFMAN product families, supporting customer engagement and growth across the industries we serve. Working closely with product leadership, sales, and marketing teams, you'll support new product introductions, create campaigns that connect with customers, and help and help improve demand generation across product lines and industry verticals.
** This is a full time, direct-hire position with a hybrid work schedule of 4 days/week on-site in St. Louis Park, MN. **
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing plans that support growth for nVent HOFFMAN Enclosures and Panel Shop Automation solutions.
  • Partner with product management teams to commercialize new products, manage launch activities, and support products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on priority industrial verticals, aligning strategy, timelines, and execution to business objectives.
  • Work with digital, content, regional, and enterprise marketing teams to create a consistent customer experience across online and offline channels.
  • Analyze customer, market, and campaign performance data to inform campaign decisions and improve results
  • Lead projects by influence, working with teams across the organization to coordinate efforts and deliver results.
  • Contribute to marketing transformation and process improvement initiatives that support a more connected One nVent marketing organization.
  • Build expertise within assigned industries, markets, and customer segments to help shape future marketing strategies.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Ideally 5-8 years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility across campaign management, product marketing, commercialization, demand generation, and/or related work.
  • Experience supporting or leading integrated marketing campaigns that involve coordination across multiple teams and channels.
  • Experience supporting product launches, New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, commercialization initiatives, or other strategic marketing programs.
  • Experience influencing and leading projects across a matrixed organization preferred.
  • Understanding of the customer journey, demand generation, lead nurturing, customer acquisition, segmentation, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Industrial manufacturing, technical B2B, or distribution marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$89,300.00 - $165,800.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
