Eye 4 Group is seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our shop team. If you have hands-on experience with metal fabrication, welding, and assembly - and take pride in building things that look as good as they're built - we want to talk to you.

We build creative, higher-end signage projects seen across Indiana and surrounding states. From channel letters and monument signs to large custom structural fabrications, the quality of our shop work is the foundation of everything we install - and we hold it to a high standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Fabricate and assemble sign components including routing, cutting, gluing, welding, and finishing.
  • Read and interpret design proofs, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate builds.
  • Prepare, measure, cut, and inspect materials before fabrication.
  • Operate power tools and shop machinery including welders, saws, routers, sanders, and drill presses.
  • Assist with CNC router and panel saw operation.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to catch and correct defects before finishing.
  • Communicate with the Fabrication Lead, Design, and Production teams to resolve build challenges.
  • Assist with surface prep, priming, and paint finishing as needed (experience a plus, not required).
  • Assist with receiving, shipping, and storage of raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on shop equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hands-on experience with metal fabrication, MIG/TIG welding, or sheet metal work (required).
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools and shop machinery - brake, shear, grinder, drill press, saw.
  • Ability to read and work from design proofs, blueprints, or shop drawings.
  • Experience with surface prep, spray painting, or industrial finishing is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to production due dates.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment full time.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in across all shop needs.
