Job Description:

 We offer an exciting long-term opportunity for physicians who share our passion for quality care and are interested in building a practice.   Skyview Family Care Clinic is a collaborative practice model inculcate with PCN & PCN panel manager. We offer a full range of family practice services, including pediatric care, adolescent care, adult care, geriatric care, women's health, pre-natal and post-natal health, birth control, minor injury treatment, pain management, injections, travel medicine, WCB claims, employment medicals, driver's medicals, annual physicals, and mental health care. Our mission is to provide timely, compassionate primary care to people of all ages. In addition to managing acute illness, we place a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, health promotion, and mental health as the foundation for wholistic well-being.  

Qualifications:

  • Fulfilled CPSA' Eligibility Requirements for the registration with CPSA.  
  • In case of Practice Readiness Assessment; willing to participate in CPSA's PRA  process.  
  • Physicians trained in the USA, UK, Ireland, or Australia can also apply.  
  • Term Contract/Commitment with Clinic
