Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for the administration and operational support of various programs in support of talent acquisition across the business.
As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Client's Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day recruitment administration efforts. The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the TA Operations manager/lead.
Job Duties
* Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels
* Manage complex scheduling logistics including panel, executive, and/or high-volume interview calendars
* Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, clear instructions, and a high-touch experience
* Arrange candidate travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and ensure seamless itineraries for onsite or final-stage interviews
* Process and/or track candidate expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy
* Prepare and distribute interview agendas, candidate profiles, and evaluation materials to interview teams
* As appropriate, maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Help improve interview scheduling workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-schedule
* Track and report on scheduling metrics and coordination volume to support recruiting operations insights
* Contribute to continuous improvement of the candidate experience by identifying gaps and proposing solutions
* Support additional TA administrative and coordination tasks as business needs evolve
* Ensure recruiting and hiring practices adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP and EEOC guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma/equivalent +8 years OR bachelor's degree +4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of TA coordination, administrative assistant and/or heavy calendaring/ meeting scheduling experience preferred.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and internet research capabilities.
* Experience using Workday and/or other information system.
