JOB PURPOSE:Reporting to the Director, Physician Services, theย Medicalย Panelย Supervisorย is responsible forย theย development, and thenย ongoing coordination, administration, and operational management of a designatedย panel of physicians and nurse practitionersย (NP)ย to perform independent reviews of medical files. This roleย is responsible forย overseeing a team that will manageย the full physician/NPย lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, panel management, physician/NPย engagement, contract administration, billing coordination, and offboarding.ย ย The Medical Panel Supervisor is responsible only for the management of theย physician/NPย panel, andย is not responsible for the management of the Medicalย Review process itself.ย ย
Acting as the primary operational contact for participating physicians/NPs, theย Medical Panelย Supervisor works collaboratively withย the Supervisor,ย MRP Review Team, as well asย Physician Services, Operations, Finance, and clinical leadership to ensure physicians/NPsย are successfully integrated into the program and receive ongoing administrative support throughout their tenure.ย
The successful candidate will proactively manageย physician/NPย panel capacityย (based on demand),ย maintainย accurateย physician/NPย records, coordinate agreements and invoicing, supportย physician/NPย recruitment initiatives,ย monitorย operational readiness, andย identifyย opportunities to improveย physician/NPย experience and program performance. This position plays a key role in ensuring the long-term success, sustainability, and growth of theย Medical Reviewย program.ย ย

Physician/NPย Onboarding & Coordinationย
Coordinateย physician/NPย training on program platforms, clinical workflows, policies, and operational processes.ย
Physician/NPย Panel Managementย
Contract & Financial Administrationย
Physician/NPย Relationsย
Coordinate with Operations, IT, EMR, Credentialing, and Billing.ย
Program Administration and Process Improvementย
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proficiencyย with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).ย
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCEย
Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in project coordination, executive administration, healthcare operations, recruitment coordination, or a related role.ย
