  • Schematic Interpretation: Read and understand complex electrical prints, diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional tests on completed panels and diagnose/fix wiring errors or operational issues.
  • Layout & Installation: Measure, cut, and install mounting rails, ducts, and components within panels for optimal layout.
  • Safety & Quality: Adhere to electrical codes (like UL standards) and company safety procedures, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional finish.
