Job description

The role of the Machine Build / Panel builder is to help build custom dispensing systems and provide superior on-site support. He/she will be based at our Holland location, helping to build custom dispensing systems, and will help install the system after it ships. He/she should have an always "ready to serve" mentality, ability to simultaneously manage a variety of customer requests.
This is a full-time job typically requiring between 40-50 hours per week. 70% system build in Holland and 30% panel build.
Responsibilities:
  • Machine building tasks in Holland location.
  • Help customers start up new machines and equipment.
  • Provide on-site (in person) support to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of Machine Building or Field Service experience on industrial equipment.
  • Mechanical and Electromechanical system trouble shooting experience is required.
  • Experience using PC software including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Electrical panel building experience.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Able to run off systems and debug.

This position may require travel both by ground and by air. We have many customers that span the globe. Most of them are in the Midwest/Great lakes region. The estimated travel for this position is less than 5%.
