Control Assemblies is seeking a Panel Technician to join our dynamic team in Gaylord, MN.

The Panel Technician assembles and wires electrical control panels and support products which may be standard or custom from work instructions, wire lists and electrical schematics.

What you'll do:

  • Accurately cut, strip, label and terminate wires and cables to various electrical devices.
  • Accurately label product to meet regulatory, customer and company standards.
  • Provide input for creating work instructions, assembly aids and wire lists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

What you'll bring:

  • Understand and perform to meet quality and delivery objectives.
  • Work with hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
  • Sustain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
  • Keep work areas neat and clean.
  • Able to work independently as well as work in a team environment.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1-3 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience or formal training is required.
  • Good hand dexterity, attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Willingness and ability to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous desire to improve skills and aptitude.

Physical Demands:
