Panel Assembly Irwin PA

CHS is partnering with a local manufacturer to add dependable team members to their panel wiring and assembly department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturingโ€”no prior experience required! Youโ€™ll receive on-the-job training and learn valuable skills in wiring, assembly, and working with electronics.

Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm

Pay:$17.00/hour

Temp-to-Hire

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Learn how to wire and assemble small boxes and control panels

  • Use basic hand tools (like screwdrivers and crimpers) to complete projects

  • Follow simple blueprints and diagrams with guidance from trainers

  • Carefully insert and crimp small wires using hand crimpers

  • Keep your work accurate and consistent while paying attention to detail
