Job description

NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Assembler to join our production team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for laying out, assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.

Electrical Panel Assembler

Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Benefits of the Schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently interpret electrical prints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Identify layout or material discrepancies and communicate issues to the team lead
  • Complete full electrical panel assembly, including wiring and component installation
  • Utilize cranes, rigging equipment, or forklifts as required
  • Accurately use measurement tools and equipment during assembly
  • Assist with field installations and service calls when needed
  • Work independently while supporting overall team productivity
  • Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and housekeeping expectations

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Minimum of three years of experience in electrical panel assembly or a related manufacturing field

    • Tape measures
