Barberton Mancan is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a respected Barberton-area company as a Panel Assembler! Pay: $17$22/hour (Higher pay based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00AM2:30PM

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity with long-term potential
This is NOT your typical factory position this role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, home building, fabrication, or machinery operation. If youre mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and enjoy building things, this could be the perfect fit for you!Youll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment building, framing, seaming, and assembling large foam panels using power tools, blueprints, measuring devices, and custom equipment. Candidates who are handy, eager to learn, and motivated can be trained!What Youll Do:
Build and assemble large foam panel systems
Read blueprints and follow work instructions
Measure and layout materials accurately
Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environmentWhat Were Looking For:
Construction, carpentry, fabrication, or mechanical experience preferred
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
Basic math skills
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
Ability to lift 3075 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
