(Most locations start between $20โ€“$22/hour. Some offer up to $28/hour for experienced drivers.)


Job Summary:

Palmer Bus Service is hiring School Bus Drivers across Southern Minnesota! This is a regional job posting, meaning you only need to apply once. During the screening process, youโ€™ll be asked to choose your preferred location from our 15 Southern MN sites.

We Proudly Serve MN Schools:

Schools like Adrian, Austin, Barrett, Bovey, Montgomery, Nashwauk, Shakopee, St. Cloud, Zumbrota and many more. Check out our website for a full listing of school we serve.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Safely transport students to and from school
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Perform pre-trip inspections
  • Keep the bus clean and fueled
  • Enforce safe and respectful student behavior
  • Occasionally drive for field trips, sports, or special events
  • Report any incidents or concerns to your Site Manager
