Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale retail remodels and store transformations
  • Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
  • Review project plans, store layouts, and merchandising specifications with team members
  • Train, coach, and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between store management, project leadership, and field teams
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and client requirements
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
  • Complete project documentation, reporting, and communication using company-provided technology
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • All other job-related instructions and job-related tasks should be completed as directed by management.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance
  • Previous experience leading teams in retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, warehouse, or related environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read project plans, store layouts, and merchandising instructions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
  • Comfortable training and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and web-based reporting systems
  • Forklift, scissor lift, or OSHA certifications are a plus but not required
  • This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shifts
  • Regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.

  • 100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
