Join Spray-Net Boston Metro South as an Assistant Painter and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with our innovative painting solutions. In this role, you'll support our expert painters and gain hands-on experience in the industry, all while contributing to a company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained and cleaned after use.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency.
  • Attend training sessions to learn the Spray-Net way and enhance painting techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment for job sites.
  • Play your part in blowing the customers minds! (Really, they are very impressed with our service, and its the best part of our job)
  • Learn to apply paint using spray equipment.
Requirements:
  • Language: English
