WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL PAINTER APPRENTICE?
By joining our apprentice position as an Entry-Level Painting Apprentice, you'll be trained in Pearl's Best Known Methods (BKMs) for essential tasks like prep work, painting, and cleanup while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Each day offers a variety of activities, such as caulking, rolling, brushing, and organizing tools. Work closely with experienced painters dedicated to your growth. Your main goal is to provide excellent service to clients while staying within budget. We'll track your progress, and many Apprentices achieve A2 status within just 3 to 6 months!
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This apprentice will work full-time hours Monday through Friday with required travel around the Portland metro area.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR ENTRY-LEVEL PAINTING APPRENTICE?
