Massillon Mancan is seeking an experienced Paint Prep Technician to prepare custom auto parts and vehicle bodies for painting in the North Lawrence area.
Job Duties:
Use grinders and sanders to clean and smooth surfaces
Prep metal and body panels for paint application
Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Prior experience with grinders, sanders, or paint prep required
Experience in automotive or manufacturing preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Drivers License is REQUIRED!
