FinishWorks is looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Associates. In this position, you will play a key role in producing high-quality coatings and finishes by accurately measuring materials, mixing products, matching colors, and maintaining inventory levels.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Measure and weigh colorants and materials according to established formulas.
  • Mix products accurately to meet customer and quality specifications.
  • Match colors to approved standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Cross-train in other departments and assist where needed.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and formulas.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to successfully complete company color testing requirements.
