Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship; set performance standards and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of competition and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and develop new business partnerships to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance metrics to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with departmental and company strategic goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management to present sales progress and areas of opportunity for further growth and development.
