First Shift-Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Executing the Production Plan set by Plant Leadership
  • Interpreting standard production drawings and job specifications to ensure your team      executes builds successfully 
  • Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and quality of output
  • Trouble shoot repairs needed for equipment and/or defective materials
  • Manage safety of all employees and machine/tool usage
  • Review and approve weekly timecards and manage the team's schedule/time off      requests
  • Train and develop your team members 
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Focus on building products

Requirements

  • At least two years of management experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience working on a powder coat paint line
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
  • Familiarity with basic math and measurements
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable on a forklift and using pallet jacks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
