About the Role:
Join EverLine Coatings as a Business Development Manager and lead the charge in expanding our presence across Orange County and North San Diego County
We're seeking a strategic, results-driven professional who excels at identifying opportunities and driving business growth. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing our regional expansion strategy, building strong client relationships, and positioning EverLine as the go-to provider of pavement maintenance and coating solutions.
This opportunity is especially well-suited for experienced property or facility managers looking to transition into a leadership role in the maintenance services industry. Your background in managing vendors, understanding tenant needs, and overseeing property operations brings valuable insight into how we can better serve our clients and raise industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development initiatives to scale up EverLine's sales, lead generation and customer base in the Orange County and North San Diego County markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the asphalt, concrete, and pavement maintenance industries.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, threats, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns aimed at business growth.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and client onboarding processes.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure goals are met and report performance to leadership.
  • Represent EverLine at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions.

Requirements:
  • Experience in business development or sales in construction
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business operations and achieving growth targets.
