We are looking for a proven A-player in Painting Sales  someone who consistently drives $100K+ in monthly project volume and is ready for the next challenge.

  • Be among the first movers, with a clear path to Sales Manager, Regional Manager, or even Managing Partner.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients from exclusive inbound leads.
  • Present and sell professional interior & exterior painting solutions with strong closing skills.
  • Manage the full project cycle: sales estimate crew management client satisfaction.
  • Build, manage, and expand your own painting crew(s).
  • Ensure projects meet the highest quality, compliance, and customer standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven record of $100K+/month in painting or related project sales.
  • 3+ years of in-home/commercial sales experience in painting or home improvement.
  • Knowledge of paint products, materials, suppliers, and local sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into leadership/partnership roles.
