L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Priming and painting sign components, spray two-part urethanes, color matching & QA
  • Prepare components for painting. Including sanding, taping and minor repairs to ensure smooth paint finish
  • Advise in the selection and storage of painting materials
  • Read, comprehend, and work from plans

Requirements
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment is required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
  • Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments
  • Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed
