Job description

Industrial Painter / Production Associate
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM — $21.04/hour
2nd Shift: Schedule TBD — $22.04/hour
Overtime may be required.
We are seeking an Industrial Painter / Production Associate to join a manufacturing team producing commercial doors. The primary focus of this position will be painting, with additional production responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Paint wood products and doors using various painting methods
  • Operate or work around paint booths and production equipment
  • Inspect products for quality and finish
  • Assist with door assembly, machining, material handling, staging, and packaging
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Previous painting experience preferred, including wood, residential/commercial, or industrial painting
  • Familiarity with paint booths is a plus
  • Manufacturing, woodworking, or warehouse experience is helpful
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday
