Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Team Lead to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule & Pay:

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:15 AM ; Friday OT required as needed

$27.20 - $35.40

Additional $2.00 Shift Differential

Additional $1.00 Paint Pay

Job Summary: 

The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and performing production activities in their respective departments while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are being met.

Job Duties: 

  • Participates in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees in their respective departments.
  • Directs the work efforts of employees in their respective departments.
  • Assists in Performance Reviews and identifies the need for performance management of employees in their respective department.
  • Tracks and assists in write-up process for employee’s attendance in their respective departments.
  • Provides backup for their department’s Manager in instances including attending meetings, acting as a decision maker, and reviewing UKG and time sheets, as directed.
  • Performs job interviews for positions within their department.
