The Paint Prepper collaborates closely with painters and project managers to meet project specifications and deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of surface materials and preparation techniques are essential to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Paint Prepper contributes to the overall success of painting projects by delivering well-prepared surfaces that enhance the aesthetic and functional outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in surface preparation or a related field such as painting or construction.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in surface preparation.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
