Job description

Rags Too Riches Records LLC is seeking a Pain Management Doctor to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for patients managing chronic and complex pain conditions.

Position Summary

The Pain Management Doctor is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with acute, chronic, and complex pain. This role requires clinical excellence, strong patient communication, and a thoughtful, multidisciplinary approach to improving quality of life.

As a remote-based provider in Oklahoma City, OK, you will partner with internal and external care teams to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure safe, high-quality care in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients through comprehensive history-taking, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic review to determine pain etiology and treatment needs

  • Develop and manage individualized pain management treatment plans, including medication management and interventional strategies as indicated

  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans based on clinical response and safety considerations, and document findings accurately

  • Coordinate care with relevant specialists, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation standards, and all applicable regulatory and professional requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Medical degree and valid clinical licensure to practice as a physician in the applicable jurisdiction

  • Experience diagnosing and managing patients with chronic pain or other complex pain conditions

  • Strong clinical judgment, including the ability to evaluate treatment effectiveness and manage risk

  • Proficiency in thorough, accurate medical documentation and clinical recordkeeping

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated empathy and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
