W2 | Base Draw + Commission | Uncapped Earnings | Paid Training

We're hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives, helping homeowners and small businesses access clean, affordable energy through community solar and rooftop solutions.

No solar experience required - we provide paid training, tools, and a proven system to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners and small businesses across your local territory
  • Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
  • Explain community solar and rooftop solar options in a simple, clear way
  • Convert prospects into subscribers and customers
  • Track activity and work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

This is a customer-facing, outside sales role focused on building relationships and helping people save on energy costs.
