ย South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking aย Management Trainee.ย  This program is designed for recent college graduates who are eager to build a career in the heavy equipment industry. As a Management Trainee in our Rental Department, you will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to all aspects of rental operations, sales, product support, and dealership management.ย  This program offers a structured development path where you will learn about Caterpillar equipment, rental processes, and advanced technological applications used in the industry. You will work on meaningful projects, receive guidance from experienced leaders, and develop the skills necessary for future leadership roles within our dealership territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotational training program across rental operations, product support, and customer service.
  • Learn and apply Caterpillar equipment rental procedures, including fleet management, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance.
  • Assist in analyzing operational performance and implementing process improvements.
  • Gain proficiency in rental management systems and dealership technologies.
  • Collaborate with department managers to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on assignments.
