  • Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance narratives to media and regional stakeholders

Technical Oversight
  • Ensure pixel implementation, CAPI integrations, event configuration, and product catalog hygiene are accurate and maintained across accounts
  • Set standards for account structure and campaign documentation across the team

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Creative team to translate performance data into creative briefs and iteration priorities
  • Align with paid media generalists and regional marketing stakeholders on cohesive omnichannel strategy
  • Represent paid social in broader media planning and budget conversations

  • Strong command of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization
  • Experience running performance-driven paid social for omnichannel consumer brands, ideally at scale
  • Fluency in translating data into both tactical optimizations and executive-level narratives
  • Proven ability to manage up, across, and down - comfortable owning a P&L-adjacent channel budget
