Paid search specialists are digital marketing professionals who manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on search engines like Google and Bing. They create, monitor, and adjust pay-per-click (PPC) ads to drive targeted traffic to websites, with the goal of increasing leads, sales, or brand awareness. Their responsibilities include keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, performance analysis, and staying up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and trends. Paid search specialists play a crucial role in helping businesses maximize their return on investment from online advertising.

  • Partner with platform representatives to leverage beta opportunities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.

Feed Management & Product Data Strategy
  • Own feed strategy and optimization across Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center, and other commerce platforms.
  • Conduct feed audits and oversee product taxonomy, attribute optimization, GTIN validation, custom label strategy, and data quality enhancements.
  • Monitor feed diagnostics, product disapprovals, and inventory issues, ensuring feed health and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with client, analytics, development, SEO, and merchandising teams to improve product data quality and maximize Shopping and Performance Max performance.
  • Develop feed segmentation strategies and custom-label frameworks to support bidding strategies, promotional initiatives, inventory prioritization, and profitability goals.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, first-party data, and feed management solutions to improve campaign scale and efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Forecasting
  • Analyze campaign performance to uncover insights, trends, growth opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain budget forecasts, pacing plans, and performance projections.
  • Deliver clear and actionable reporting that translates complex performance data into business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements and scalable solutions.
  • Support testing of new platform features, bidding methodologies, measurement capabilities, and audience solutions.
