Position Summary
The Specialist, Paid Search is responsible setup and basic optimizing and implementing paid search advertising efforts across Leaf Home Bath's portfolio. This individual is crucial to supporting the digital performance marketing team to acquire new quality leads through Paid Search. You will accomplish this through hands-on experience launching and analyzing an acquisition-centric program that drives cost-effective customer lead generation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build paid search campaigns including bid management, budget allocation, performance monitoring, keyword expansion, ad copy development and testing
  • Track, measure, report, and analyze for further optimization of all initiatives and generation of new tests
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Maintain relationships with search engines to test new-to-market offerings
  • Recommend bid, budget, targeting and optimization adjustments to reach assigned KPIs and metrics
  • Support Senior Manager by analyzing and interpreting data. Communicates insights from multiple sources to enhance media, and website conversion rates
  • Support Senior Manager in weekly performance meetings with Marketing leadership
  • Collaborate across internal teams including analytics and creative to create holistic advertiser solutions that understand the customer journey
  • Develop post-campaign reports including samples, highlights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with platform partners to continuously scope and research new tests in search
  • Utilize BI tools (Tableau) to analyze data, partnering with Marketing Analytics team, to drive results and improve efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ year of direct experience in paid search digital acquisition programs
  • Advanced understanding of advertising campaign setup in SA360, Google Ads and Bing
  • Advanced understanding and execution on real-time bid changes based on pacing and performance
  • Advanced Excel skills including ability to analyze data to understand trends
  • Ability to work both with a team and/or individually to achieve goals, meet deadlines, etc.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the ball"
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up your sleeves" and "win every day" mentality
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals
  • Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
  • Experience using PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tools to perform trend analysis
  • Experience utilizing ad management tools like Smartly.io preferred
