Overview

As a Search Supervisor at Razorfish, you will play a critical leadership role within our integrated client teams, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day search operations while overseeing the workflow of Search Managers and Search Coordinators. This intermediate management position requires a comprehensive understanding of paid search fundamentals and a commitment to developing innovative strategies and maximizing performance for clients with the effective use of advanced technology. You will mentor junior team members, drive the adoption of best practices, and actively shape the tools and processes we use by participating in product sessions with partners.

Responsibilities
  • Leads strategy and overseas the Search Team. Act as the strategic and operational point of contact and makes sure the team delivers flawlessly
  • Collaborate with the internal team on holistic media planning and measurement
  • Facilitates internal training programs on the paid search landscape and fosters best practice & quality control across clients
  • Manages teams of Search Coordinators, Search Managers and Senior Search Managersย including ongoing feedback on career development
  • Has mastered the art of managing a budget across multiple partners using quantitative analysis and ROI to determine optimal share
  • Has successfully demonstrated the ability to socialize work internally, and has presented confidently in front of mid- to senior-level clients
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with a strong focus on developing and executing paid search strategies.
  • Demonstrates a "big picture" understanding of clients' marketing strategy
  • Conversant with all paid search terminology and key tools (e.g. SA360, AdWords, Microsoft Ads etc.).
  • Someone willing to play a key role in the professional development of the staff and continuously evolves processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets to optimize campaigns and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies, enabling personalized experiences throughout the search journey.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for articulating concepts and strategies effectively to clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel for data management and reporting, along with experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced technology, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python or other programming languages, to improve campaign strategies, enhance content generation, and optimize marketing workflows.
  • Strong client-service orientation, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Solid understanding of online campaign measurement and methodologies to ensure effective performance optimization.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

ย Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
