  • Develop and implement channel-specific optimization and monitoring strategies, leveraging bid management platforms such as SA360 to drive results.
  • Own paid search contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs, ensuring alignment with overall account strategy.
  • Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with the greatest potential impact on account performance and client objectives.
  • Partner closely with Client Partners to deliver clear, strategic paid search recommendations and support client-facing communications.
  • Contribute high-quality paid search content to critical client deliverables, including tactical plans and business reviews, meeting all deadlines and QA standards.
  • Ensure all paid search work undergoes rigorous QA and is executed accurately, maintaining strong stewardship of client budgets.
  • Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding, providing account-level context, and developing both technical and strategic paid search capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of paid search strategy across the funnel, including experience with bid management platforms such as SA360.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Search, Display, and App campaigns, with a strong grasp of full-funnel activation.
  • Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to inform optimization and strategy decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, present insights, and make clear optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing presentations and strategic narratives.
