Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, customer focused individual to manage the sales and service administration for our mobility dealership. Must be computer savvy and detailed oriented, plus able to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers. You will be the first contact for many of our customers and manage the sales administrative activities.


Job Responsibilities:
ยท Answer multi-line telephone system, determine callerโ€™s needs and route to the appropriate department or location.
ยท Greet customers, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department.
ยท Manage the Quality Assurance Program process for the service department and maintain organized records.
ยท Keep customer files up to date
*Oversee the rental process of our Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles

Job Requirements:
ยท Organized, detail oriented and highly skilled in oral and written communication
ยท Ability to use network skills to generate referral sources and business leads
ยท High level of customer service through solution based consultative approach with clients
ยท CRM experience preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Work, Excel and Outlook
