We are looking for an on-site Office Administrator who is highly organized with strong interpersonal skills to support daily site administrative and financial functions. If you have experience with purchasing, greeting visitors, and general financial administrative support such as accounts payable, reporting, and invoicing, consider joining us at our distribution site in Halsted City, TX.
How you create impact
  • Process purchase orders and handle purchasing of office and general supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and tracking
  • Assist with billing processes and basic financial reporting
  • Provide support during month-end close, including documentation and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is filed and organized properly
  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and internal team members
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, ordering meals, and managing invitations
  • Maintain office organization and support workplace standards, including 5S principles
  • Provide general administrative support to site leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 2+ years of office administrative experience (distribution or warehouse environment preferred)
  • 1-2+ years of experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general bookkeeping

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
