Job description

Job Summary:
Air Innovations, a specialty HVAC manufacturer in North Syracuse, NY, is currently looking for a Marketing Intern for the summer of 2026. This is a paid internship to augment and implement our marketing strategies.
The Marketing Intern will review and evaluate existing sales opportunities/leads, update CRM information, assign leads to nurturing programs, facilitate next steps, and/or close opportunities. Write and post content related to company products on corporate websites or social media and find appropriate content to share on social media channels. Engage in both guided on-site SEO and in usability and engagement tactics on websites. Support brand communication efforts by conducting market research. Conduct other tasks in the marketing dept. items not noted above.

Minimum Qualification Standards:
  • Previous internship or related experience in marketing communications preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.
  • Will be required to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement.
  • Must be able to work 32 hours/week.
  • Temporary position for Summer 2026

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Superb writing and verbal communications skills, work with minimal supervision, good organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be able to work across media platforms and in various software systems including creation of content, posting, editing, and monitoring results. Experience with WordPress and Salesforce preferred.
