AO Racing has quickly risen to one of the benchmark teams in Professional Sportscar Racing with a commitment to on-track excellence and fan engagement. AO Racing commands attention with its fun liveries and fan-friendly presence. The iconic liveries of Rexy and Roxy the T-Rex Porsche 911 GT3 Rawrs and Spike the LMP2 Dragon have captivated fans worldwide earning AO Racing a dedicated following. We are currently competing in both the IMSA WeatherTech & European LeMans Championships. As we continue to build our programs for the future, we are looking for the right people to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and repair composite parts for our racing vehicles, including body panels, wings, and other components.
  • Use advanced techniques such as autoclave curing and vacuum bagging to produce high-quality composite parts.
  • Work closely with other team members, including engineers and designers, to ensure that all composite work is properly coordinated with other aspects of the team's activities.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all composite parts meet the team's exacting standards for performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all composite work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and fabrication processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advances in composite materials and fabrication processes and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Always represent the team in a professional and positive manner, both on and off the track.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in composite materials or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of experience working with composite materials, with a track record of success in racing or high-performance automotive environments.
  • Strong knowledge of composite materials and fabrication processes, including autoclave curing and vacuum bagging.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work with minimal errors or defects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
