Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  • Tyonek is seeking applications for Cyber Instructors to perform duties in support of the Air Force's Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses.

DUTIES
  • Experienced in defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) activities; full-spectrum, multi-capability integrated cyber operations are the focus of this capability.
  • The contractor shall provide subject matter expertise in all areas of AFCYBER Operations to include but not limited to: 16AF employment of Cyber capabilities, 16AF presentation of forces to support commanders, Joint CMF capabilities, tactical and operational mission planning, execution for battle space effects, USAF XCOMM, and synchronization of Non-Cyber capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: Systems Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAWs), Training Task Lists (TTLs).
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum, PacStar IQ-Core Software and PacStar Modular Series 400 Communications Solutions, and Radio Over IP (ROIP) systems and solutions.
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on various network protocols used in TDC PMO equipment and associated communications UTC systems. Ability to perform complex network troubleshooting and resolve programming errors and equipment malfunctions
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on tactical communication planning, military planning models, mission planning, debriefing and developing lessons learned
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on calculating antenna propagation angles and distance calculations, for HF/UHF/VHF/SHF/EHF propagation and related systems/antenna employment
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on RF/Satellite communications fundamentals, terminals operating in UHF/SHF/EHF (C, X, Ku, and Ka) frequency bands
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) and Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) networks, Tactical Data Links (TDL), and radio waveforms.
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on current field utilized radio communications platforms to transfer voice and data.
  • Contractor shall analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum on Proxy Servers, Firewalls, virtual server architecture, Windows Servers, Storage, authentication, or any server type used on TDC PMO system
  • Experience with advanced/specialized training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCYBER, US Cyber Command (USCC) and the US Government is a plus.
  • Other Duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in the field of expeditionary/tactical comms or equivalent
  • IAT/M Level III Certification
  • 200+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification
  • Top Secret Clearance/SCI required (must be able to obtain)
