Job description

Job title – Assembler – Manufacturing Associate

Location – Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our Indianapolis manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with order picking and packing, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform transactions using Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and manufacturing-related tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete required transactions and updates using Oracle and computer systems.
  • Verify materials, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, production, and operating procedures.
  • Identify and promptly report safety, quality, inventory, or production issues.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations related to production and material handling.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality objectives.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure work meets established quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
