Overview
Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Meat Store Clerk at our Long Prairie, MN plant. Our meat store is open for approximately 4-5 hours every day the facility works.
As Meat Store Clerk, you will:
  • Oversee the sale of product to employees.
  • Follow all policies regarding the sale of product.
  • Identify, weigh, and price the product.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Peform end of shift processes.
  • Order product for sale.
  • NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, and write).
  • Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
