About the Role

This role is for a warehouse associate to assist the team and our customers during our peak season, September - December.
As a Warehouse Associate at Big Star Lights, you'll be at the heart of our peak-season operations — picking, packing, and shipping orders, keeping the warehouse and storefront organized, and jumping in wherever the team needs a hand. A successful candidate for the Warehouse Associate role is someone who brings energy, reliability, and a genuine team spirit to the floor each day.


Key Responsibilities

As a crucial part of daily operations in the warehouse, your role will be to assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, while also assisting customers in our retail store. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Accurate and organized order picking and packing
  • Loading and unloading of courier and freight vehicles when necessary
  • Supporting Warehouse Team with accurate inventory counts
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely shipments
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Adapting to a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Developing a deep understanding of BSL's products and how they function
  • Contributing to general cleanliness and organization in the storefront and warehouse
  • Adhering to all safety protocols set by the company and promptly reporting incidents and risks

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and comfortably
  • Exceptional organizational skills and cleanliness
