Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

This role involves manual picking and packing of customer orders in a clean, spacious warehouse environment. You will handle materials, verify documentation, and support accurate shipping and receiving processes while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Manually pick materials for customer orders according to assigned priorities and pick lists.
  • Pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure outbound shipments are released in accordance with pick lists and related documentation.
  • Perform a floor audit at the end of each shift to identify any unmarked product and report or resolve inventory issues.
  • Receive products and verify that incoming paperwork reflects required quality packaging standards from suppliers.
  • Confirm quantities received against documentation and report discrepancies as needed.
  • Use basic computer skills to support order processing, inventory checks, and related warehouse tasks.
  • Handle materials safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Essential Skills

  • 1–2+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Basic computer skills for order and inventory-related tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with colleagues.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Experience with material handling, including pallet jacks and general warehouse equipment.
  • Order picking, packing, labeling, and general labor experience.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
