Title: General Labor / Production Packer

Location: Milton, ON
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Continental Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 7 shifts every 2 weeks | 84 hours
Payrate: 17.60$/hr


Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Production Packers for our Milton team. This is a hands-on role involving packaging, quality inspection, material handling, and preparing products for shipment.

Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, packaging, or general labour is an asset but not required. Training is provided.


Responsibilities

  • Pack and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects.
  • Sort, count, label, and organize products.
  • Assemble, seal, and palletize cartons.
  • Handle and move materials safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow health and safety procedures.
  • Meet daily production and quality targets.
  • Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and standing.
  • Lift materials up to 40 lbs.
  • Assist with other warehouse and production duties as required.


Requirements

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
