We are looking for Crew Leads to run jobs and lead teams, as well as Movers / Swampers to help perform residential and commercial moves. Available Roles Crew Lead / Driver: Lead the crew on-site, manage job logistics, communicate directly with clients, and safely drive moving trucks. Mover / Swamper: Assist with wrapping, packing, loading, and unloading furniture and customer belongings safely. Key Responsibilities Carefully pack, wrap, and pad furniture to prevent damage during transit. Load and unload heavy items (75+ lbs) safely with your crew. Deliver professional, courteous customer service at every job site. Crew Leads: Complete customer paperwork, manage time on-site, and navigate trucks safely between locations. Requirements Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment/furniture repeatedly. Punctual, reliable, and equipped with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude. For Crew Leads: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and previous leadership or moving experience.
