Job description

Production Associate - Night Shift

Location: Norwood, OH (On the Bus Line)
 
Training Schedule (First 2–3 Weeks):
  • Sunday–Thursday 
  • 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Regular Schedule (After Training):
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 
  • 2 days on, 2 days off (rotating schedule) 
Pay
  • Training Pay: $16.00/hour 
  • Full-Time Pay: $17.00/hour (Typically within the first 90 days)
 
Job Overview
Our client is a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer that produces high-quality precision components. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Production Associates are responsible for monitoring parts as they come off the machine, inspecting them for defects, and packaging finished products according to company standards.
 
Responsibilities
  • Load materials into production machines 
  • Inspect molded parts for quality and defects 
  • Remove and properly dispose of defective products 
  • Package products in required quantities 
  • Label completed boxes accurately 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Basic math skills (counting and simple calculations) 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Good vision (ability to inspect small parts)
