Job description

Warehouse Packer

Keller Logistics is an Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in the United States. They've also been recognized as a TOP 100 workplace in Ohio. We're looking for some seasonal candidates, that could go long-term to work in our Napoleon, OH repack facility.


Repack Associate Shift:

  • 1st shift: 6AM-4PM CURRENTLY 10-HOUR DAYS (50-HOUR WORK WEEK)


Warehouse Packaging Associate Pay:

  • 1st shift: $18.50/hour


Warehouse Repack Associate Shift:

  • 6am-4pm


Warehouse Repack Associates Job Duties:

  • Lift up to 35lbs of product from vendor into new packaging as set forth by client
  • Set up line for operations.
  • Determine the disposition of damaged products and isolate it.
  • Ensure line area is cleaned and ready for the start of the next shift at the end of the shift, and participate in daily reporting, inspection, and documentation.


Warehouse Packaging Associates Requirements:

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English, fluently
  • Must be able to perform basic math functions
  • Limited criminal background requirements
  • Must be able to follow directions, both written, and verbal
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
