QuickPro Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for multiple positions in Springfield, Ohio 1st and 2nd shift $17/hour plus raise at hire based on performance and attendance. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals ready to join a fast-paced production environment. Opportunities are available in packing, machine operation, press operation, robotic welding, and material handling.

Available Positions & Hours
  • Packing:
    2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Machine Operation & Press Operation:
    5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Robotic Welding:
    4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Material Handling:
    (Shift times vary based on department needs)
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform packing and inspection of finished products
  • Assist with press operations and robotic welding processes
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
