Warehouse Associate (Order Picker/Packer)


Location: Mokena, IL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

7:30am-4:30pm M-F


Position Summary

We are seeking physically active, dependable, and team-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our clients growing distribution team. This is a "ground-up" career opportunity perfect for someone who is looking for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a "pivot-player" someone who can focus on their core tasks but is happy to jump into other departments as needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull and pack orders using RF scanner technology to ensure high inventory precision.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Assist with loading/unloading materials and processing incoming stock.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with cycle counting.
  • Flexibility: Pivot between different warehouse functions (picking, packing, stocking) based on daily volume and priorities.
  • Safety: Operate equipment (including forklifts) safely and follow all OSHA guidelines.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (Required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF scanners for picking/packing.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to comfortably lift 50lbs consistently.
