Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse and facility. This position will assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and moving inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Warehouse Associate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and available to assist with incoming deliveries and receivables as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries.
  • Be available and prepared to assist with receivables during scheduled delivery times.
  • Verify received products against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.
  • Properly label, stage, and store incoming materials and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory counts as needed.
  • Keep warehouse, storage areas, loading areas, and other facility spaces clean and organized.
  • Regularly sweep, clean, remove trash, and maintain overall facility appearance.
  • Organize products, supplies, equipment, and materials to maximize available space and accessibility.
  • Maintain clear and unobstructed aisles, work areas, exits, and loading areas.
  • Assist with picking, packing, staging, and moving products throughout the facility.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained and authorized.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report damaged products, facility issues, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with general warehouse and facility tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to all responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or facility experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.
